Show Time!

"Biding His Time" Acrylic & Pastel 11x14" 2018 1st Place Mixed Media - NAAA

It's that time of year! Shows, exhibits and workshops, Oh my!

So far you've had a chance to see my art at the Arts on the Green  in New London, NH., and at the Greeley Park Art Show in Nashua, NH.

I've had a lot of fun at these two (new to me) venues. Here are some photos from the latest show in Greeley Park.

One of the most exciting parts of the Greeley Park show was that I received first place in mixed media for my painting of a wolf in "Biding His Time"  - I was very honored to receive the award especially since this was one of my favorite paintings I have created so far and I had a lot of super talented competition in my category!

My next event is next weekend (Labor Day Weekend) September 1st & 2nd at Ashuelot Park in Keene, NH. I hope you can stop by and say "hello"! There will be over 65 artists this year in many different styles and mediums, definitely a great time to view some local art and hear some live music.

The following weekend I will be at Summit Winery in Westmoreland, NH. for the River Valley Artisans Wine & Art Tour. This is on September 8th & 9th and will be at two locations. The Summit Winery and Poocham Winery, both in Westmoreland. Stop in and see fine arts & crafts and enjoy some wine samples!

Finally I will be at the Saxton's River Art Guild's Fall Arts Festival in Walpole, NH at the Walpole Town Hall on September 29th & 30th.

"Baby Orca" 8x8" Acrylic on Canvas - available

I've been working on some smaller pieces such as the baby orca above and some even tinier pieces that will be available at the upcoming shows. As always I thank you so much for taking the time to read my ramblings, for coming to the shows and for just supporting local art in your community.

Take care~

Nicole
