A little hopper for today’s painting. We have a tiny vernal pond on our property and we always love seeing and hearing them in the spring. Then we watch the eggs develop and hatch. Next thing you know those tiny tadpoles are losing their tails and growing legs. Then it starts all over again next spring! My third grade science fair project was about the frog life cycle and I used to catch them all the time when I was little. I also used to kiss them much to the dismay of my mother, not because I was hoping for a prince (Ew! Gross!), but because I thought they were so cute! 🐸😍 I don’t recommend trying that!
